Personalised Items

All personalised items are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error. Please ensure all personalisation details are checked carefully before submitting your order.

Order Processing

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended as production begins shortly after purchase.

Proofing

Proofs are not provided unless stated. The personalisation will be created exactly as entered by the customer.

Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch times are listed on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Care Instructions

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions provided.
